Extra Credits Roll Over?

I ran out of credits 2 days before renewal. I bought $10 of credits when prompted to do so but the app still wouldn’t proceed and prompted me again. So I figured the payment didn’t go through and bought $10 of credits again. Now, I have $20 of extra credits. Do I lose them tomorrow at renewal? If not, where do I report the bug and get my $10 back? Thank you!
