Failed to add domains *.*.rr.nu

I would like to add my domain “api.mysubdomain.rr.nu”
But I was required to add a TXT record to “_vercel.rr.nu” with “vc-domain-verify=api.mysubdomain.rr.nu,5966640e185c68354bf0”
The error message is " Another Vercel account is using this domain. Set the following TXT record on _vercel.rr.nu to use api.mysubdomain.rr.nu in this project. Once the verification is completed and the domain is successfully configured, the TXT record can be removed."

Same to “eu.org”, domain “rr.nu” is a public domain provided by “https://www.sitelutions.com/”

We users only have control of “mysubdomain.rr.nu”
