Failed to deploy block to Vercel

While trying to deploy a v0 project to vercel I get the error " Failed to deploy block to Vercel", checked network tab and it seems to return {"error":"38"} and i can’t seem to find any related documentation.

I am having the same error. When deploying, the block to vercel message occurs and if I try to download zip, the error:38 message occurs
