Hello, I can’t use any of my chats or start a new one. Every time I try, I receive this message: ‘Failed to submit message. Start a new chat, retry, or edit your message.’
I have enough credits and even added $10 more thinking it would help, but it didn’t. How can I resolve this? This error has been continuing for 4 days straight
Hi @humandeveloperacc, it seems like you’ve an unpaid invoice on your account. Can you check on the Billing page about it? Also, you should see a payment failed banner on top.
