Hi, I have looked at other messages that referenced this error and people were asked to open a support ticket. However, when I try to do so, I am prompted to provide comments on the message, which I do, and then those comments go into the abyss.
What happens is that for any message I send, I get this error:
The message doesn’t seem to send in the chat, but when I refresh the page, it shows “Loading reply… It will appear here when complete”. It just never does.
I’ve spent almost all my credits on this, can someone help me fix this? I have previously used the tool and this is the first time this has happened to me.
