Failed to verify your browser - Code 11 on prompthunt.com (Kubuntu Linux)

Hi,

I’m unable to access https://www.prompthunt.com/ from my Linux machine. I get the error:

Failed to verify your browser
Code 11
Vercel Security Checkpoint

Details:

  • OS: Kubuntu (Linux)

  • Browsers tested: Chrome, Brave, Firefox (all latest versions, clean profiles, no extensions)

  • Everything works fine on mobile phone (same Wi-Fi network)

  • Location: Lviv, Ukraine

  • Request ID: arn1::1777507304-ynw845YCsjNy9cpfQ1n6kTt89NNqjl8M

The site loads normally on mobile, but on desktop (Linux) Vercel always blocks with Code 11. I tried:

  • Clearing cache + cookies

  • Incognito mode

  • Disabling all extensions

  • Restarting router

It looks like a false positive from Vercel’s security checkpoint, probably related to Linux fingerprint or Ukrainian IP.

Could you please check the logs / firewall rules for this request ID and whitelist it or adjust the Attack Challenge Mode?

I’m sorry that you’re facing this issue. If you’re able to access Vercel Community and write this post then it means Vercel Firewall isn’t itself the issue here because the community runs behind the Vercel CDN as well. It maybe that the prompthunt team has setup some custom rules on their CDN (Cloudflare), which sits between You and their Next.js site on Vercel.
