As an agency/freelancer, I often work with clients who want to own their Vercel infrastructure but have no technical involvement. Currently, this requires two paid seats ($40/month) even though only one person deploys. A ‘Read-only Owner’ role with billing control, account ownership, and read-only project access, but no deployment capabilities would reduce this to one paid seat while preserving the client’s ownership.
