Feedback for Vercel (specifically regarding v0)

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Vercel, especially with the V0 tool. I’ve been paying for this service expecting to streamline development and improve my site’s performance, but so far it’s been a frustrating and unproductive investment.

Despite submitting multiple support requests and trying to address the issues, my website problems remain unresolved. On top of that, the features I’ve been trying to implement either aren’t deployed properly or are completely ignored. This has led to wasted time, repeated effort, and growing frustration.

What’s most concerning is that, even as a paying customer, the support and overall service quality have been far below expectations. It genuinely feels like I’m throwing money at a platform that overpromises and underdelivers.

If these issues aren’t taken seriously and resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to look for more reliable alternatives for my development needs.
