Fewer credits this month

I’m on the premium plan, but I only received $5 in credits this month. Can any moderator help? I can’t seem to find the contact page v0.ap.

The account you’re currently logged in with appears to be a v0 Free account and was created in July, is it possible you have another account where the premium subscription is active? If you can find a chat URL or deployed project created with your premium account I can find the user ID

Is anyone going to help, or has the support become as useless as the vo.app?

Hi @avisshek, sorry for the delayed response it seems like there weren’t any payments made from the account you are writing on the Community. Can you confirm if the bank account was debited?

No, I didn’t bought it with indian card as you don’t accept that yet, I subscribed to the V0 Premium plan through the Lenny’s Newsletter Batch.

Which card are you using? They accept Visa and MasterCard, so unless you’re using RuPay, it should work.

Okay, @avisshek please share more details about your redemption: when did you get the coupon, when did you redeem it, what was the coupon discount and such? This will help me refer the case to the right team internally.

I got a coupon on the 12th and used it on the 14th of July. It was a discount coupon for 100% off for a year.

Not getting a response here makes it seem like these people are focused on V0.app, but judging by the quality of V0, it feels like they’re just scamming.
