Fixing SSL certificate error when removing a domain from a deleted Vercel project

Hi,

I’m trying to reassign the domain stock.cutmy to a new project on my Hobby account, but I’m unable to do so.

The situation:

  • I had a project using this domain
  • I deleted the project, but not the domain
  • I now have a new project that I want to assign this domain to
  • When I try to remove the domain (to reassign it), I get the error:
SSL Certificates provided by the system cannot be deleted
  • The SSL certificate appears to be valid until March

What I need: I’d like to either reassign this domain to my new project, or have the SSL certificate released so I can remove and re-add the domain myself.

Could someone from Vercel please help resolve this?
