A fraudulent e-commerce operation selling counterfeit music merchandise (EUR 13-70) and fake concert tickets, presenting itself as the official store and official ticketing platform of the French artist PLK.
We are [DÉNOMINATION SOCIALE], [rights holder / official merchandise licensee] for this artist. No authorisation of any kind was granted to this site or its operators.
--- WHY THIS IS NOT AN ORDINARY TRADEMARK COMPLAINT ---
The site's legal notice page impersonates a real French company, LIVE NATION SAS, reproducing that company's:
- registered company number (513 451 468)
- SIRET and intra-EU VAT number
- registered address (11 rue Paul Lelong, 75002 Paris)
- the name of its chief executive, listed as publication director
Under French law this is corporate identity theft (Article 226-4-1 of the Penal Code) and fraud (Article 313-1), in addition to trademark and copyright infringement. Consumers are entering their names, postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses and paying for goods under this stolen identity.
The same page falsely declares OVH SAS as the hosting provider. Vercel is the actual host, as the DNS records above show.
--- INDICATORS OF AN ORGANISED OPERATION ---
- Offshore registrar: Internet Domain Service BS Corp (IANA ID 2487, Bahamas)
- Offshore DNS: topdns.com, operated by the same registrar
- Email infrastructure: MX to inbound-smtp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com (Amazon SES)
- Paid traffic acquisition: active Meta Pixel, ID 986745280419538, with fbclid capture for ad attribution, disclosed in the site's own cookie policy
- Payments processed through a UAE payment facilitator under the merchant descriptor "Mamopay AccelevoxFZ" — a UAE free-zone entity with no connection to the artist, the label or the tour promoter
- Artificial scarcity mechanics on the checkout page (countdown timer, "limited edition, last pieces available")
This is a professionally built operation, not a hobbyist store, and the operators are very likely running sibling domains on the same infrastructure.

- Immediate suspension of the deployment and the associated Vercel account
- Preservation of account registration, billing and deployment logs for disclosure to French judicial authorities
- A check for other deployments by the same account or payment method
