Dear Vercel Community and Trust & Safety Team,
I am posting here because this is an urgent abuse case involving an active fraudulent website that is impersonating a legitimate Brazilian company and causing real harm.
I have already submitted the official Vercel Abuse Form and also sent a report by email, but we have not received any response yet. Meanwhile, the scammers have been operating for days and continue to use the fake website to deceive suppliers and place fraudulent orders in the name of the legitimate company.
The fraudulent website is:

It is impersonating LA CARNE COMERCIO ALIMENTICIO LTDA, a legitimate Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 29.403.593/0001-19.
The legitimate company operates under the official domain:
The fake website uses the company’s business name and identity to appear as if it is the official website of LA CARNE COMERCIO ALIMENTICIO LTDA. It also displays unauthorized contact channels, including a landline number and a WhatsApp contact, which are not controlled or authorized by the legitimate company.
We have received information that third parties are using this fake website and these fake contact details to contact suppliers and place orders in the name of LA CARNE COMERCIO ALIMENTICIO LTDA. This is causing fraud, financial harm, and reputational damage to the company.
The attackers appear to have registered the .com.br domain after noticing that an old email address using that domain was listed in public Brazilian company registration records. However, the company does not control the domain frigorificolacarne.com.br and has not authorized the creation, publication, or operation of this website.
This is not a simple domain dispute. This is an urgent case of business impersonation, phishing/social engineering, and active supplier fraud.
We respectfully request that someone from Vercel Trust & Safety urgently review this case and escalate it, since the official abuse channel has already been used and no action appears to have been taken yet.
