I am using the free plan, and my message limit was supposed to reset on June 4 at 6:00 AM. However, even after that time has passed, I am still unable to send messages. It seems like my account is stuck or the limit has not refreshed correctly.
Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it?
Hey @naem0. It’s not yet June 4th, but I see you were able to send messages a just few days ago before reaching the monthly limit.
Please wait until June 4th and let me know if you still have any trouble accessing your account at that point. Keep in mind that all accounts are being switched over to a usage-based model instead of message-based limits. This will give you better insight to your remaining monthly credits so you can avoid unexpected pauses in the future
