A couple of years ago, I bought a domain on impulse.
The idea was simple but annoying enough to stick - certificate system were broken. Designing them was messy, generating them in bulk was painful, delivery was unreliable, and verification was almost non-existent. Anyone could duplicate a certificate in minutes, which killed its credibility and made the achievement feel hollow.
At that time, I discussed this with my mentor, but honestly, I wasn’t confident enough to build it. So the idea stayed dormant.
Fast forward to about three months ago. One random night around 2 AM, the same frustration came back. This time, instead of overthinking it, I started building.
That’s how Creadefy was born.
What Creadefy Solves
Creadefy is a standalone platform to create, issue, manage, and verify digital certificates without chaos.
No spreadsheets.
No manual follow-ups.
No fake or duplicate certificates.
No credibility gap.
It’s built for communities, events, EdTech platforms, and organizations that actually care about trust and scale.
Getting Featured at Google Office, Gurgaon
Recently, Creadefy was featured as the Certification Partner at AI Manthan, an exclusive event hosted by GDG Cloud New Delhi at the Google Office, Gurgaon.
Seeing something that started as a side project show up on that screen felt surreal. I genuinely didn’t expect it to go this far, this fast.
We’ve since partnered with multiple Google Developer Groups, AI Communities, and a few independent communities, and we’re now exploring collaborations with EdTech platforms and course providers.
For a three-month-old product, that’s a big milestone for me.
How Vercel and v0 Made This Possible
Creadefy’s UI is built with V0 and shipped entirely on Vercel’s free plan, and that matters.
- v0 played a huge role in shaping the landing page and dashboard UI. It helped me move fast on design without getting stuck polishing pixels forever.
- Vercel handles deployment and scaling without friction. I didn’t have to think about infra while building features.
- Vercel Firewall & security rules are quietly doing their job in the background, even though Creadefy isn’t officially launched yet and is currently in beta, I started seeing spam traffic, sudden request spikes, and a few DDoS-like patterns hitting the server. That’s where Vercel’s Web Application Firewall and security rules really helped. I could block abusive traffic, control request spikes, and keep things stable without worrying about infra. Huge shout-out to Vercel WAF for quietly protecting the platform while I focused on building.
- Development-wise, all core logic, workflows, and system design were built from scratch.
No courses.
No templates for the core product.
Just shipping, breaking, fixing, and repeating.
What’s Next
Creadefy is still early, but it’s already being used in real events by real communities. The next step is expanding into EdTech and long-term credential use cases, where verification and trust actually matter.
If you’re running events, communities, or courses and care about credible certifications, you can check it out at creadefy.com.
Feedback—good or brutal—is always welcome.
