Frustrated with Domain Refund Support

I accidentally purchased the wrong domain name on Vercel and immediately tried to get support for a refund. But every time I post in the Help > Domains section, the AI auto-replies and marks my post as “resolved” — even though my issue is clearly not resolved!

The AI then tells me to “tick Billing Support” — there is NO Billing Support option! Just the same AI chatbot that keeps repeating the refund is not possible for wrongly purchased domains.

This is extremely frustrating. I’m not trying to misuse the system — it was a genuine mistake, and I reached out right away. I need to talk to a real human or at least escalate this. What am I supposed to do if I can’t even reach proper support?

Please advise on how I can get actual help on this issue — or at least make sure my post isn’t automatically marked as resolved.
