Subject: Hobby Function Storage remains at 10.02 GB after deleting old deployments

Our Hobby team "telegram-ai-bot" has reached the 10 GB Function Storage limit. The Usage dashboard currently shows 10.02 GB / 10 GB, updated just now.

We deleted two old BLOCKED production deployments. They are no longer in the active Deployments list, but Function Storage still shows 10.02 GB. The Recently Deleted Deployments section shows deleted deployments with 29 days left for recovery.
Three READY production deployments remain. We need to preserve the current production deployment, one rollback candidate, and all bot functionality and static radio cover assets. We do not want to trigger another deployment while storage is over the limit.
Could you please clarify:
- Do recently deleted deployments continue to count toward Function Storage during the recovery period?
- Is there a delay before the Usage metric reflects deleted deployments?
- Can you identify which deployments or functions account for the 10.02 GB?
- What is the safest way to bring this Hobby project below 10 GB without deleting the current production deployment or its rollback candidate?
