Subject: Functions Storage stuck at 10.03 GB after deleting old deployments (Hobby plan)

Hello Vercel Support,

My Hobby team clipstream-dev has reached its Functions Storage limit of 10 GB.

Project: clipstream Project ID: prj_c55cZKBwsfRidvU1xkFUgaE8AEEo

I've deleted almost all old preview deployments. Only 5 deployments remain (3 production, 2 preview).

Current usage:

• Deployment Storage: 25.13 MB
• Functions Storage: 10.03 GB / 10 GB

The Functions Storage usage has not decreased despite deleting the old deployments.

Could you please check whether deleted deployment function artifacts are still counted, whether this is due to the rolling usage window, and whether any stale storage can be reclaimed?

I would like to resolve this without upgrading my plan or disrupting the production website.
