Hi Vercel Team,
My custom domain is still showing “Invalid Configuration” in the Vercel dashboard, even though the DNS records already match the values shown in Project Domain Settings.
Project: garudamediatelematika
Domains: garudamedia20jbg.net www.garudamedia20jbg.net
Current authoritative DNS:
A @ -> 216.198.79.1
CNAME www -> 47b6ea2f8d914392.vercel-dns-017.com
I previously had an extra A record: 64.29.17.1
That record has now been completely removed.
I verified the apex domain directly against all four authoritative Rumahweb nameservers:
nsid1.rumahweb.com nsid2.rumahweb.net nsid3.rumahweb.biz nsid4.rumahweb.org
All four now return only:
216.198.79.1
I also verified using:
Google DNS 8.8.8.8 Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1
Both also return only:
216.198.79.1
Vercel Support previously confirmed that the authoritative configuration for this specific project is:
A @ -> 216.198.79.1
CNAME www -> 47b6ea2f8d914392.vercel-dns-017.com
and that I should NOT add 64.29.17.1.
However, I still have these issues:
- Project Domains dashboard still shows “Invalid Configuration”.
vercel domains verify garudamedia20jbg.net --project garudamediatelematikastill reports “Invalid Configuration”.- The CLI incorrectly recommends adding 64.29.17.1, which contradicts Vercel Support’s project-specific guidance.
- The custom domain previously returned ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
- The website is now accessible in Safari Private Mode and Chrome Incognito.
- The default Vercel deployment works normally: https://garudamediatelematika.vercel.app/
Could a Vercel staff member please investigate the domain binding / verification state / edge routing for this project?
The authoritative DNS is already correct and fully propagated, so I do not want to make further DNS changes unless a Vercel engineer identifies a specific incorrect DNS record.
