Generating SSL Certificate is running but Not generating

I have bought the domain from the NameCheap and I have 2 other websites running on vercal but this site is stuck with Genrating SSL Certificate since last two months, I tried everything but can’t find the issue.
I will be looking forward to the response.

Deployed the site on vercal, configured DNS my site is live

I have manually issued certificate just now.
