Getting "Unknown Error" following up on image uploads

Hi,

We’re using the V0 API and noticed an issue:

Whenever the first user message contains an image, followed by a second message, the API consistently returns the following error:

openai.InternalServerError: Error code: 500 - {‘success’: False, ‘error’: ‘Unknown error’}

I couldn’t find any documentation or references to this behavior online. Could you clarify if this is a known issue, or advise on possible workarounds?

Anyone from the Vercel team? this is a big issue, basically every message being sent after uploading an image returns this error
