Git deployments blocked with "Vercel user not found" / "Vercel account not linked

My project deployed successfully until July 12. Since then, every new GitHub deployment is blocked.

The blocked deployment reports:

  • “Vercel user not found”
  • “Vercel account not linked”

I have verified:

  • GitHub account and Vercel account are the same.
  • I am the Owner of the Vercel team.
  • The repository is still connected.
  • GitHub commits are verified.
  • Deployment Protection is disabled.
  • Previous deployments show “Vercel user found,” while new deployments do not.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with the GitHub-to-Vercel identity mapping for my account or project?
