The Project Settings UI shows that Production tracks only codex/preview-only-disabled and Preview tracks all unassigned branches.

However, Git pushes to codex/preview-callback-ingress repeatedly create Production deployments instead of Preview deployments.

We disconnected and reconnected the Git integration, then restored the Production Branch configuration. The issue persists. The unexpected deployments were deleted immediately before build completion.
