Have lost access to Neon database

I created a Neon database via the marketplace integration on Vercel. Now for some reason I have completely lost access to this database. I was on a paid plan and then downgraded to free - perhaps this occurred then?
I need assistance in locating my database and regaining access to it as my website is currently down as a result.
Here is the host: ep-summer-bonus-a7ol1rmj-pooler.ap-southeast-2.aws.neon.tech however when I try to connect I get password authentication failed for user 'neondb_owner', but password was never changed and I have completely lost access to the database via the Vercel admin panel and Neon.
Can someone please advise what my options are?

First thing to do is check the integration settings, though you’ve likely done this already:

  • Go to your Vercel Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
  • Look for the Neon integration and see if it’s still connected
  • Check for any changes in values that may need to be reconnected or updated in your project

If that doesn’t solve it, you should open a new case through your dashboard or directly at vercel.com/help so the support team can review your integrations and help get this solved
