I deployed a family medical tracker having schedules, reports etc. But today its suspended and I am not able to access my critical records.

My question is why I am not able to access or allowed to download data. You can suspend account, block deployment, suspend site but but at least allow me to to download my account.

Couple of screenshots which vercels AI agent tried but nothing is working.

Re-iterating, I need my data downloaded at earliest.
