Help: Lost team and access to four live projects: SOLVED

I created a vercel account for a friend to add his simple personal site to your hosting. During this process I added my email as an alternative login.

In my main account which is linked to Github I started seeing a 404 error telling me I was signed in with the new account. I kept clicking logout but each time I logged in it kept telling me I was signed into the new account, despite clicking on the Github login link.

I then removed my email from the new account and tried again. It’s since allowed me to login but something has gone very wrong and I’ve lost access to the main project team and any deployed sites. Instread I am seeing 4 randomly named accounts with no deployments.

I have absolutely no idea what to do or how to recover access. The primary email I am using is still receiving codes and emails but I get a 404 when I try to access the dashboard for the projects.

Apologies, this is now solved and can be marked as closed. I was unaware that my account was using a slightly different email with a +vercel suffix.
