DNS resolves and TCP ports 80/443 connect, but HTTP and TLS handshakes time out on every assigned Vercel edge IP. ambrissh.vercel.app returns HTTP 200 in approximately 0.5 seconds. CAA and DNSSEC are valid, and unexpired Let’s Encrypt certificates exist. I deleted and recreated the project and re-added both domains, but the failure persists. Please reprovision the global hostname/edge binding.

.vercel.app healthy + TCP 443 open + TLS hang is usually a stale cert/SNI binding or a leftover A record that isn’t the Vercel anycast the cert was issued for. Set nameservers or a single CNAME/ALIAS to cname.vercel-dns.com on apex/www with nothing else, wait TTL, then Remove domain and Add it again so Vercel reissues the cert.
