Help Needed Account trouble

HI. Im new here
Had a free account. used a lot of tie creating a homepage for my medical Device in Denmark

Then I was out of credits.

Payed 30 dolars for an upgrade.
But then it made a totally new user….this user is the “old one” out of credits. It is under the same mail/pass..

But I dont know how to transfer my project to the new Team user and keep on working

I tried with support but the AI char says that they dont know anything about that

I would be sorry to start from scrtach again

And It seems like the project is still there

Any ideas what to do?

What does it say your Current Plan is?

Could you also just check if you’re on the right account? If you hover over your icon on the left hand side of v0, you should see which account you’re using. I’m checking this as maybe you are using the wrong account
