HELP PLEASE - Site in South Korea is insanely slow

Hi there,

does anybody have hints how to improve our site which loads in europe or usa under 2 seconds but in south korea (with running cluster there) takes up to 15 seconds for loading the first page…

Vercel Datacenter in South Korea

Cloudflare R2 also South Korea
