Help stop the billing

Hi, I am having problems stopping billing. The support ticket button in the dashboard just leads to an AI chatbot. I do NOT want Vercel hosting but it appears deeply linked with v0.

I can only upgrade to higher plans on the billing pages, not actually stop the billing. I had hoped to program with a friend but the overlapping billing is too much. I can see in the similar topics that others are having trouble stopping the billing too. Please help. If the only way is to stop everything just do it and remove it all. Would have liked to experiment more with v0 but with all the bills it gets too expensive.

Hey @shawngiese-gmailcom! You should be able to cancel your v0 Team plan by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button on the v0 billing page. And you can manage Vercel Pro plan membership and billing from your team’s Vercel dashboard.

Customers on all plan types are welcome to open a new support case for any billing issue. So if you need more direct help with your account, please feel free to open a case at vercel.com/help

Just describe the problem to the AI chat bot and click the “Create Case” button that appears at the bottom of the chat window. The AI will autofill the form based on the info provided. Then, you can review and adjust any info in the form before submitting it to reach our billing experts.
