Hi I need help please!! I created my wedding website through Jemi
and purchased my own domain through their settings page. Everything was fine until yesterday, but now I am getting a bunch of calls from friends as our invites went out last week and suddenly the whole platform is down. This is the error I am getting as well as all our guests when attempting to enter the url on the invite. I don’t know what to do as no one is answering through jemi and I can’t even get into the platform to cancel my account, deactivate the domain so I can buy it elsewhere and redesign without sending out another info card etc.
Our hotel blocks have deadlines for next week and no one can access any of the information. I can’t find a contact number please someone I put so many hours into this and will need to rebuild everything as I can’t even get into the site to copy the template. I would have to buy stamps, envelopes, and send postcards with a new link to a new website ASAP worst case which will be heartbreaking and so stressful. Please help
I’m sorry this stressful situation happened to you. It looks like the Jemi folks have their site back online. Are you able to access your site or domain settings now?

Jemi has been acquired by Brat TV. Jemi is now officially sunset.
As of **August 29th, 2024**, all site access and account access will no longer be available.

You can try removing the domain from the project o Vercel and add it to another app Ref: Removing a Domain from a Project
