Hitting 404 on Template submission form

I’m trying to submit a Template but https://vercel.com/templates/submit gives me 404. Is there a new form URL that we should be using to submit? Or are submissions no longer being accepted?

My question isn’t about deploying a website, so these tips are not helpful. I’m looking for a page owned by Vercel that doesn’t seem to exist any more.

I don’t currently have a timeline for when we might reopen the template submission form
