Hi Vercel team,

My Hobby Blob store "storm-running-images" (store_eSxBAXAGIyq6AwKR, team storm-running) got blocked after going slightly over the 1 GB storage limit. All public Blob URLs now return 403 "Your store is blocked", so every image on my live shop is broken.

I have since deleted all unused files: the store is now at about 730 MB, well under the 1 GB limit. I also switched new uploads to compressed JPEG so it won't happen again.

Could you please unblock the store? Thank you very much!
