Hobby Blob store paused — need one-time read access to export winter-arc.sqlite - Help

Hi, my Hobby Blob store hit 100% Simple Requests and is paused (403 Forbidden on read).

I am not asking for paid quota or to keep using Blob. I only need a temporary unsuspend / one-time read so I can download one private file and migrate off Blob permanently to Turso.

Team/project: adamlaw669s-projects / tuja-winter-arc
Blob object: winter-arc.sqlite (private)
App URL: https://tuja-winter-arc.vercel.app
Current API error: Vercel Blob: Failed to fetch blob: 403 Forbidden
Cause: app was reading/writing SQLite via Blob on many requests (bad pattern). I will migrate to Turso and remove Blob usage after export.

Please temporarily unsuspend the store without deleting contents long enough for one download/export.

Thanks.
