The deployment would have no real customers, payments, advertising, or commercial service delivery.

It would validate browser cryptography and IndexedDB behavior for a product intended for future commercial release.

We will not run load tests or penetration tests against Vercel.

Does this specific technical test deployment qualify under the current Hobby terms?
