My Hobby team has exceeded both storage limits:

• Functions Storage: 11.6 GB / 10 GB
• Deployment Storage: 10.23 GB / 10 GB

The project's public folder is only about 9 MB, so large static files don't appear to be the cause. Older deployments were already removed automatically and are listed under "Recently Deleted Deployments" (12 days left), but usage is still over the limit.

Could you please:

1. Confirm whether Recently Deleted Deployments still count toward storage.
2. Check for orphaned storage on this team and purge it if there is any.

I have also stopped building docs-only commits to reduce new deployments.

For context, the project is in pre-launch testing, and we plan to upgrade to Pro before launch. Until then, we need to keep deploying to our staging environment for testing.
