Hobby Plan Account Suspended, Not Reset After 30 Days

Hello Vercel Support Team,

My Hobby plan account was suspended, and according to the information provided, it should automatically reset after 30 days. However, it has been more than that period, and my account is still suspended. Could you please assist me in restoring access? My Team’s Name:- codewitharhan's projects and all of my imp and client projects is on it and also my tutorials projects are deployed on it.

Due to this I am struck and facing alot of problems. Please help me!

Some mentions (I think that would work)

Hi, thanks for reaching out. If your Hobby plan account is still suspended after the 30-day reset period, it usually means one of two things:

  • The suspension wasn’t automatically lifted due to a billing or policy flag on the account.

  • The account may need a manual review by Vercel Support.

I’d recommend opening a ticket directly with Vercel at vercel.com/contact/support and including your team name (“codewitharhan’s projects”) and the email tied to the account. This will help their team verify ownership and restore access to your deployments.

In the meantime, make sure there are no outstanding usage/billing issues in your dashboard settings.

I was expecting the answers from the Vercel Staff I guess
