Hobby plan paused

Hello,

After having an issue with an invoice due to high usage I’ve decided to revert to the free plan. However my account has been paused because of exceeding the usage limits of the Hobby plan. I’ve removed the problematic project and waited for over one month again but it is still marked as paused.

Would it be possible to get assistance and unpause the hobby plan in case I need it in the future ?
