Hobby plan paused

Hello Vercel Support Team,

I am writing to request the unpause of my Hobby plan account.

  • I have already removed all related projects/deployments that may have triggered the pause.

  • I waited the full 30-day cycle for the monthly usage reset, but my account remains paused.

As a result of the pause, I am currently unable to create or deploy any new projects, which is affecting my development workflow.

Could you please help unpause my account, or let me know if any additional steps are required on my side?

If your account has been blocked for exceeding fair use limits, it means that your usage violated Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines or Terms of Service. This can result in blocked deployments, projects, or accounts.

To resolve this issue, you should reach out to registration@vercel.com for assistance. They will be able to provide further guidance on how to address the situation.

Hi @jovicheng-6001 , your account should be back up and running now

We don’t automatically unblock them in case the underlying issue hasn’t resolved and reactivating would just instantly consume all usage again until it hits the limit, so it needs a manual approval
