Hi @romainclement , we are still looking into it. But, so far we learned that this is happening because the rules were activated after the account was already paused. That’s why there might be some discrepancies.

Hi @romainclement Weird that IP blocking didn’t help during the attack. Are you sure about the IP range? Also, during the attack, I guess Attack Challenge mode feature was not there there.
