Hi Vercel team,

My Hobby project "cinemention" (cinemention.com) was paused on 15 September 2026 for exceeding two limits:

• Fast Origin Transfer: 36 GB / 10 GB
• Fluid Active CPU: 5h 59m / 4h

I investigated the cause. Almost all of the usage came from two verified AI crawlers within a single day, not from real visitors:

• ClaudeBot: ~320K requests (216.73.216.239, Amazon AS)
• GPTBot: ~64K requests (Microsoft AS)

Together they were about 98% of all edge requests. They followed links through thousands of dynamically rendered film and person pages.

I have now blocked them:

1. Firewall custom rule: deny requests whose User Agent contains "ClaudeBot" or "GPTBot" (published, visible in the Audit Log).
2. Bot Management -> AI Bots set to Deny.
3. robots.txt updated to disallow AI training crawlers.

Could you please unpause the project? I will monitor usage closely after it is restored.
