Hello Vercel team,

My Hobby team is currently disabled. Existing production deployments are built successfully and show as Ready in the CLI, but every checked production URL returns:

HTTP 402 Payment Required X-Vercel-Error: DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED

Vercel username: lelikone777 Team slug: lelikone777s-projects

These are personal, non-commercial portfolio and test projects. I would like to continue using the free Hobby plan and do not want to bypass the restriction or create another account.

Could you please review the team and manually unpause it? I am willing to remove or optimize any project that caused excessive usage and keep future usage within Hobby limits.
