Hi Vercel community/staff,

I’m the sole Team Owner on a Hobby workspace and I’m seeing what appears to be a Deployment Protection authorization inconsistency.

For one project, Vercel Authentication is enabled with Standard Protection. I need to select All Deployments, but the scope selector is disabled and the UI shows:

“You need additional permissions to manage your project's Vercel Authentication”

I reverified that the same account is still the Team Owner and reproduced the same result in a fresh browser session for that account.

I also used the authenticated Vercel Agent. It confirmed that:

• the account is the Team Owner;
• All Deployments is available on Hobby;
• this behavior is not expected for a Team Owner;
• it appears to be a bug or unexpected platform behavior rather than a role, entitlement, plan, or permissions configuration issue.

I have not changed roles or permissions and have not attempted a CLI/API workaround.

Is there a supported way to have this authorization state investigated or corrected?

If Vercel staff needs internal project/team/account identifiers, please let me know the appropriate private channel and I can provide them there rather than posting them publicly.
