Hobby team paused after temporary CPU spike - request free-plan restoration - Help

Hello Vercel team,

Our Hobby team davidsun20250305-creates-projects and project custmatic-x123 were paused with 402 DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED after a temporary CPU spike from scheduled content-generation jobs.

We have already disabled the project's Cron master switch and stopped all 14 scheduled jobs, including organic SEO generation, indexing dispatch, and social dispatch. We also changed the repository configuration to a single low-frequency SEO rotation: at most one invocation and one page per day. IndexNow and social automation remain disabled.

The project is a Next.js site backed by Supabase. We are not requesting a Pro upgrade, payment method, or paid usage. Please review the team and restore Hobby service access if possible. We will keep the high-cost automation disabled and monitor usage carefully.

Additional verification after mitigation:

The Cron master switch was disabled at 2026-07-18 20:17 UTC.
There have been no new deployments since the switch was disabled.
Runtime logs for custmatic-x123 after that timestamp show 0 function executions.
The dashboard changing from 11h58m to 12h is the rounded historical 30-day total, not evidence of continuing jobs.
The project still returns 402 DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED, so we cannot deploy the prepared low-frequency fix.
