Hello Vercel team,

My Hobby team has been paused since September 30, 2026, due to exceeding the Fluid Active CPU fair-use limit.

I have already used my one-time Hobby usage unblock. My current rolling 30-day usage is now within the included limits, but my deployments remain paused.

The Vercel Agent told me that another unblock and manual exceptions are unavailable on Hobby.

Could a Vercel staff member please clarify the exact procedure for restoring my deployments once the excess usage has rolled out of the 30-day window?

I want to remain on the free Hobby plan and am not requesting another temporary usage increase.

I can provide screenshots of my Usage dashboard and the pause message.
