When attempting to create a manual deployment from the Vercel dashboard ("Create Deployment" modal) for a repository with multiple branches, the horizontal scroll functionality for selecting branches does not work.
The modal displays only the first few branch options, but scrolling horizontally using a mouse wheel, trackpad gesture, or dragging to view additional branches is unresponsive. As a result, branches that fall outside the initial visible area cannot be selected via the UI pills.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the Vercel Dashboard and select a project connected to a Git repository with multiple branches.
Click on Create Deployment.
Observe the branch selection area containing branch pills (e.g., master, feat/web-styling, etc.).
Attempt to scroll horizontally over the branch list.
Expected Result: The branch list should scroll horizontally to allow selecting any existing branch from the repository.
Actual Result: The container does not scroll horizontally, hiding remaining branches from view.
Environment / Workaround:
Workaround used: Typing the branch name manually into the input field works, but the interactive UI element for scrolling branches is broken.
