I'm trying to reactivate a deleted project under the Hobby Plan. I used a community post that specified the following directions to located a deleted project: Go to Settings > Security > Scroll down to Deleted Projects. However, I could not find Deleted Projects on that page. Any help is greatly appreciated!

When a project is deleted, all of the associated resources, including Environment variables and any custom settings, are also eliminated. This action is irreversible and designed to ensure the comprehensive removal of all project-related data for security and compliance. If you already own the source code (stored locally or git environment), you can create a new project and deploy the application immediately.
