# How do I resolve this when my prompts couldn't be clearer?

Screengrabs provided - it's really not acceptable especially when we are paying per prompt/request.

Current vs expected behaviour - can be seen in the screen grabs.

About the refund, I'm not sure about it. But, I'd request you to open a case from https://vercel.com/help. They are better equipped to help with such questions.

The issue of prompt output nor refund has been resolved.
