How do I restore my current deployment back into chat?

I have. a project in deployment which is fine. However, after giving instructions in my Chat, it has blown away my old code.

How do I get back my current deployment files back into my chat session to continue work? I don't have git setup yet fyi. Thanks

I also don't see a way to download my code from the current deployment.
