How do the credits work on a team plan?

We have 12+ people some use v0 sparingly, others use it daily. When I run out of credits does the entire team run out of credits? Or are you expecting me to buy additional credits individually?

Also, I could be on a team plan for the last two months, and still not run out of messages. I ran out of my credits in 7 days with similar usage. This feels a lot like bait and switch to me. At least the credits on a monthly subscription plan should be sufficient for a daily use customer for the entire month.
