How long does account recovery usually take?

Hi everyone,

I recently submitted an account recovery request to Vercel Support because I lost access to my account.

I understand these investigations take time, and I’m happy to wait. I was just wondering if anyone here has gone through the same process.

  • How long did it take before you received a response or an update?
  • Did Support send any confirmation while your case was being reviewed, or did you only hear back once the investigation was complete?

I’m not trying to rush the process—I just wanted to get an idea of what to expect and whether it’s normal to wait without any updates.
